Also made a pumpkin pie, though not from scratch. Pre made pie crust and canned pumpkin vs homemade pie crust and fresh honey crisp apples for the apple pie. I’m learning to make more from scratch and I’m feeling very accomplished today. They may not be the best or pretty, but I’ve learned lessons today and will continue to try and do better!
