Looks like the semirigid airship Le Jaune, (The Yellow), which was the first of a number of airships built by the Lebaudy Brothers who made their fortune in sugar. It first flew in 1902 and got its name from a chromium-based yellow pigment used on its envelope.
Le Jaune was superseded by the large Patrie in 1906 of which several copies were sold around the World.
