That's a fairly large black bear, probably a male. Honestly didn't know you guys had them down in Florida. He would be a big boy up here in NY.
I notice he is quite close and also not running away. That's pretty concerning, unless you were moving quick and managed to sneak up on him.
Now I'm wondering what would happen if a black bear and a gator crossed paths
