Overseer Games announces Kaiserpunk, a city-building grand strategy game set in an alternate history where World War I never ended.

Flex your military might or economically cripple your foes in order to win.

For Kaiserpunk, they're combining two genres they feel are complementary: city-building and grand strategy.

In the fictional alternate universe, the Treaty of Versailles was never signed and World War I raged on.

LAS VEGAS (AP) — Eight high school students in Las Vegas between the ages of 13 and 17 have been arrested on suspicion of murder in the fatal beating of a classmate, authorities announced Tuesday at a news conference.

Johansson said the local FBI office assisted with the arrests Tuesday morning of the eight students.
