I've got several saved from my grandparents (long since deceased) and I'll re-read them from time to time when I'm going through family photos. The other thing of my grandmothers that I have is a video clip of her and grandpa at my parents wedding.
Hearing her voice again, and especially her very unique laugh, opens the bawling floodgates every fucking time.
