How bright is this thing? It has lots and lots of LED type lights on it, correct? Does it affect the light pollution anymore than, say, the rest of Las Vegas?
So, are there room darkening devices on the windows of the hotels/condos/residences nearby?
How does something like this get approved? I would think it could be distracting for driving/flying?
