They're writing with a chisel tipped marker and they're obviously upset. So they get to a word they totally know how to spell but it's also long and not frequently something they spell out and they don't want to undermine their outrage with a typo.
So they put the marker down and do a quick autocorrect check on their phone to double-check. Upon confirming the correct spelling they pick up the marker and spell it out carefully without noticing they're holding the marker differently.
After spelling it all out they adjust the marker back to a comfortable position the letters all fit back into the uniform flow.
Why do I think this happened? Cause it's totally something I'd do. Lol

Have to be incredible with the marker for that to be so consistent in letter sizing, straight lines and it all just fits.
