Serbia is feeling bold because the West has been leaning on them for Soviet munitions for Ukraine since they’re one of the only places that still makes them. It’s gotten them better relations with Europe as a whole. I think they’ve drastically over estimated their hand if they think they can pull this off with no consequences though
