I don't get it. If you want a theocracy, there are many to choose from. I am not saying the "go back to your own country" bit, I just am confused (as a citizen who was formerly an immigrant) as to why you would come to Canada which accepts many different cultural values, and instead of trying to adopt or tolerate Canadian culture, take time to protest about a non-issue (no one is forcing any beliefs on anyone aside from the ultra-religious dogmatists). I would understand if they were protesting a specific contentious issue like the Hijab/religious symbols ban in certain situations (and jobs) but honestly, this seems dumb.
