Thought the same thing in a hospital I used to work at. Same car sat for at least a year right by the parking deck elevators. One day it was gone and I thought it had finally been towed. Then like a week later it was back. I guess someone was just using it for long-term storage.

But why does the 2/3/22 date look like it was more recently printed than the 2023 date?
