A number of NYC tv stations lost engineers who manned the transmitters at the top of the north tower. I worked at WPIX, and our engineer Steve Jacobson was lost that day.

There was a part of the 9/11 exhibit dedicated to him in the Newseum in DC (before the museum closed 😞)
It was really meaningful to see.
