Edit - a lot of you are saying it’s genetics or this was before steroids, genetics and steroids will only take you so far. It takes time and effort and dedication to look like this. There are no shortcuts.

Clearly he's already training here. He's literally holding strength training device called a chest and arm expander.
Edit: He entered his first bodybuilding show in 1963 when he was 16.
