(CNN) - Taco Bell is facing a lawsuit that accuses the fast-food giant of false advertising.

A New York man filed the suit Monday in federal court.

The class action lawsuit seeks to include other Taco Bell consumers who were disappointed by their meals.

The lawsuit claims Taco Bell’s advertisements do not look like the menu items that are served.

For example, the man claims the Mexican Pizza he purchased did not appear to have a similar amount of beef and bean filling.

Taco Bell has not responded to the accusations.

When my sister worked at TB in the 90s she said she was first trained to make an exact to spec taco, then without pausing at all they said "That is the last time you make one that big, here is what we want them to be" and then made one with half the stuff.

TB is just going to argue ether that specific franchisees are not following specs, or that employees are smooshing the cheese and not using correct assembly trainings.

Also "sold by weight, not volume." Water weighs a lot.

The simple bean burritos have half the filling they had when I was in college, and now they cost 3 times much. I just get 7 packs of fire sauce for each item. Kinda makes it worth it.
