With the Kharkovka reservoir out of order, how do they plan run a reactor without a supply of enough cooling water? I have a bad feeling about this.

Would be nice if the Ukrainians working at the plant have sabotaged it in a way that the reactors CAN'T be started without a lot of work.
I know I'd certainly be tempted to do so in that situation.

The article says that the Russians are bringing in workers from Russian nuclear plants, because Ukranian operators are refusing to cooperate. Could this mean that Russia is planning on turning on the reactors, to get set for a false flag incident?
