Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council Dmitry Medvedev has once again taken to social media to rant about Ukraine, this time in relation to the explosions on the Crimean Bridge on July 17, calling Ukrainians "terrorists".

"They understand only the language of force. Only personal and completely inhumane methods," Medvedev wrote on Telegram.

He then called on the Russian military to blow up housing in Ukraine as revenge for the bridge incident.

"Search for and eliminate their accomplices, abandoning the insipid idea of a trial against them," wrote Medvedev, who is known for rants that are tinged with accusations of alcoholism.

An NV law enforcement source said that the SBU and the Ukrainian Navy were involved in the overnight blasts on the Crimean Bridge. According to the source, the bridge was attacked using surface drones.

This is the second case of explosions on the Crimean Bridge, which Russia uses to deploy armored vehicles and manpower to the front in southern Ukraine. On Oct. 8, 2022, several spans of the bridge collapsed as a result of a powerful blast.

The Kremlin regime accused the head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Kyrylo Budanov, of organizing the sabotage. For its part, Ukraine's Defense Intelligence denied these statements, calling them "nonsense."
