I’m nearly 60 now… One of the best and most loved teachers I ever had was an openly gay man.
He sadly died a few years ago, so I traveled interstate to attend his funeral.
I needn’t have bothered. There was NO chance I was getting inside that church!
So I sat outside with his other 8,000-9,000 ex students who had all turned out to honour him.
Good work kids! Fight for what’s right.
