Is this the point of the United Nations? Why is another bloc needed?

The more I hear about Lula, the more that I realize that he's just a high schooler acting as a president of a major country. Lula wants to be seen as this great and wise diplomat who is able to broker peace talks, end wars, stick it to the current super powers, and start his own club of other countries that he thinks are cool, hip, and neutral. It's like he's using his position to live out his personal fantasies. His stance on Ukraine makes no sense, there's no nuance, there's no context taken into account, there's no regard to the country he's governing. This selfish, unenlightened thinking makes me think that he's just as bad Bolsonaro just in a different way.
