I worked in a hospital that had an amazing view of mountains from a 5th floor balcony in the front range of CO. One of my favorite things to do was take ICU patients who had to be there a long time (vent, spinal cord injury, head injury) up to that balcony to get some sun even for a few minutes. It wasn’t billable time but their smiles made it worth it.
