I just googled -- the average hourly wage in Bangladesh is 1.42 USD.
So this is 3.8 hours worth.
US average hourly wage is $10.99 $33.
3.8 x 10.99 = $41.79 3.8 x $33 = $125.40
I would never buy that meal for $41.79 $125.40, except at a ski resort.
edit: yes, I realize that's not a fair comparison.
