Harris Faulkner announced the move today on Fox News Channel, saying: “We have some news from within our Fox family.

Fox News Media and Tucker Carlson have mutually agreed to part ways.

… We want to thank Tucker Carlson for his service to the network as host and prior to that as a long-term contributor.”.

Carlson was Fox News’ most watched personality, making his exit all the more surprising, but he also was its most controversial host.

Water permits for Saudi Arabia-owned farm in Arizona revoked

The state of Arizona has rescinded drilling permits for two water wells for a Saudi Arabia-owned alfalfa farm in the western portion of the state after authorities said they discovered inconsistencies in the company's well applications.

When Mayes brought the inconsistencies in the applications to the attention of state officials, they agreed to rescind the permits, which were approved in August.

AZFamily.com reported that the new wells would have pumped up to 3,000 gallons of water per minute. »

A lawyer for Hunter Biden, the son of President Biden, on Monday called for the Office of Congressional Ethics to review Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.) for “unhinged rhetoric,” possible violations of House ethics rules and official conduct standards following a number of statements and accusations made by the Georgia lawmaker.

“Representative Greene’s unethical conduct arises from her continuous verbal attacks, defamatory statements, publication of personal photos and data, and promotion of conspiracy theories about and against Robert Hunter Biden,” attorney Abbe David Lowell wrote in a letter to Ethics chairmen, obtained by Politico.

Biden has been under federal investigation in recent years over his taxes and foreign business work — and former President Trump and allies like Greene have seized on Biden’s legal woes. »

Belgian town organises seagull imitation championship

DE PANNE, BELGIUM, April 23 (Reuters) - The Belgian coastal town of De Panne organised on Sunday the third European seagull screeching championship, where a jury crowned the best imitation of the bird's distinctive shriek.

Around 50 participants took part in the contest including first-timers and returning participants.
