At the same time, Forbidden West and Horizon Call of the Mountain for PlayStation VR 2 are in place. In other regions, the add-on is still available for pre-order.
Sony has closed the Horizon Forbidden West: Burning Shores page in the Russian PS Store.
Previously, the expansion page was available for viewing by Russian players from the PlayStation 5 console , and users who still had rubles on their PSN wallets could pre-order.
Some did, but Sony not only removed the Burning Shores page , but also began to cancel paid pre-orders for Russians , indicating in a message that the company no longer sells this product in this country. Pre-order money will be refunded.
Now, the only way for players from Russia to play the add-on is to use accounts from other regions, such as Turkey, to purchase, and then launch from their main account.
Horizon Forbidden West: Burning Shores releases on April 19th.

it's true. I pre-ordered DLC in Russian PS Store and they give my money back and says "sorry it's not available in your country anymore"
