The best spot is right beside the fall on the Canadian side., where the water drops. The current is so strong, it feels unreal to watch. Like you are at the edge of the world. (No, Earth is not flat!).

Where are you visiting from? The falls are so hypnotizing. Everyone should be able to feel that feeling

If it’s running, do the Hornblower / Maid of the Mist (what ever it’s called) boat ride.

It’s hard to judge looking down at the boats from atop just how impressive the falls really are.

I have done the boat ride a few times, and ever time I do it, I get stunned into silence at the shear amount of water flowing around you. No video can do it justice, no video or photos will give you the feeling of feeling the falls rumble in your chest.

Everyone should do it, you won’t regret it.

Also, if you want to do any of the Clifton Hill tourist traps, look into getting the adventure pack tickets, they often bundle a few of them into a good package deal.
