I’m 31. 12 year old me is shocked he won an Oscar. 31 year old me could not be happier for the man. Never underestimate someone, what they’re about, what they are worth, and what they are capable of. Nearly every Oscar winning speech mentioned this. Even Michelle Yeoh spoke to this. Never underestimate anyone, and never tell a woman they are past their prime. I’m a guy but her comment made me laugh, as did the crowd, because she hit home so perfectly with the comment. Brendan earned this, and deserved this, as did Michelle Yeoh.
