Microsoft has raised the retail price of its Xbox Series S|X systems in Sweden.
As reported by GamingDeputy, the tech firm's changes for the consoles were spotted on its website.
The units' previous and new prices are listed below:
Xbox Series S - Previously 3,595.00 SEK ($347.34), new price 3,894.00 SEK ($376.99)
Xbox Series X – Previously 5,695.00 SEK ($550.53), new price 6,195.00 SEK ($599.82)
The news comes a month after Microsoft increased the cost of the consoles in Japan.
In December 2022, the firm said that it will be increasing the price of its first-party Xbox games from $60 to $70.
The Xbox maker hasn't been the only company raising the cost of its consoles. In August 2022, Sony announced that it would be increasing the price of the PlayStation 5 console in multiple regions.

6,195 SEK = 587.82 USD
This might sound expensive but it's actually cheaper in Sweden compared to other countries. The price includes 25% VAT.
587.20 USD / 1.25 = 478.26 USD
That's 21.76 USD below US MSRP. Before the Swedish price adjustment it was around 60 USD below MSRP.
