Electric cars were also made before cars running with combustion engine. If I remember right the electric engine was created before the combustion engine

If this is New York, this woman and her sister were on “The Tonight Show with Johnny Carson” in the late 1960’s, and they were still driving that same car.

Fun fact There were more electric cars on the road in 1912 than there was in 2012.

Henry Ford's wife refused to drive one of her husband's cars because they were loud and smelly. She owned an Edison Electric car.

It wasn't uncommon to have 2 batteries in your car. One to get where you wanted to go. The other to get you home. You'd move the wires from one battery to another.

The first patent for a diesel-electric hybrid was in 1903.
