Turn off Fox. Take a walk. Make love to your wife. Meet some friends for a beer and agree not to talk politics. Go watch a live sporting event. Go to your backyard and count how many different birds you see. Drive to the coast and watch the ocean. Read a book from the 1800s. Call your mom.
Do all this for a month, and see how you feel at the end of it.
