I took this picture only with my sansung Zflip 3. The light conditions weren't that great but I somehow made it work. I usually only pride myself in the pictures I take with my fancy camera and heavy editing but I love this picture so much because it's a slap in my presumptuous face haha. It was made with only my cellphone and nothing more.
The only "editing" I did was lining up the horizon a little bit. No one deserves a crooked horizon like lol
It also holds a great significance because it was taken in my last trip with my parents before I get married. The past trip where I'm going to have their last names.. Just like the tides and the weather, life changes so abruptly and the little moments are the ones that count the most
I really like this. It's abstract enough that for me it's like a puzzle, it teases my brain. It's like an alien landscape, but just familiar enough ... after a few seconds of looking I feel a sense of relief, "Ahhh, now I realize what that is!"
Have you tried converting to black and white? Might also work that way.
