The purpose of this photo was to experiment with light painting. In some other photos in this shoot I got a bit more 'painty' with the lights but for this I just wanted to give a directional glow. For anyone who is interested, I improvise a lot with equipment. the lighting and colours was actually just acheived with the torch from my bike, and I took some of the coloured lids from my kids' playdough tubs as the colour 'filter'. i spent a while roaming around the house just to find things I could shine the torch through for the right colour.
