Edit: Interestingly, members of congress are generally much more cordial with each other than you would expect. By and large they don't like us knowing that since it threatens to alienate base voters on both sides. The reason you're seeing it currently is that because there is no Speaker of the House at the moment, there's no rules package to govern what CSPAN is allowed to broadcast. No house speaker has ever let this much floor activity be broadcast but currently there's no rules until we have a speaker.
Is that her reaction to being approached by Matt Gaetz or does this happen to just be a still frame/photo of her face during a conversation with him, because they are two very different things.
