A GOP congresswoman cried as she spoke out against the bipartisan Respect for Marriage Act on Thursday.
Rep. Vicky Hartzler of Missouri begged members of the House to vote against the bill.
"I hope and pray that my colleagues will find the courage to join me in opposing this misguided and this dangerous bill," Hartzler said through tears.
