when i was in college i brought along a 1000 piece puzzle. i put it in my floors common room and within like 3 days it was done. the common room became the social hub for the whole dorm with people bringing out tvs and game systems and all the while there were always people working on the puzzle and chatting. over the semester we completely ike 30 puzzles, glued them and hung them up.

There’s an inverse relationship between the level of completion of a puzzle and people’s disinterest in it.

Like when there are 30 pieces left and NOW people all of a sudden want to help me with it…
