As others have said, it's an abandoned overgrown train line. You can see the tracks on the ground actually. Also the buildings at the end and to the side are unclaimed by nature, and you can see the lights are on in the car park (the building at the end.)

I used to live in a trinity just to the right of this photo back in the early 80's. Back then trains actually rolled through. It's near Logan Square.
