You're completely out of focus and you've got a ton of noise. Not enough light is always the cause of noise, whether you use a high ISO value or not. I'm guessing you can't add any more light, so try the following instead.

Autofocus is tricky in low light and when you're not behind the camera.

Try manual focus and a smaller aperture for greater DOF. Place an object such as a chair at your desired spot, focus manually on it with the camera on a tripod, make sure it's tack sharp, make a mark on the floor where the chair was and make sure you're standing on the mark.

Exact settings would depend on camera, lens, distance etc., but typically for full body shots indoors with a full frame camera, something like 35mm, f8 and as low an ISO value as your light will allow. You should be able to be still enough for something like 1/15s, maybe 1/10s to be sharp.

You should be able to nail manual focus with a little bit of practice, and you can experiment with your aperture/shutter speed until you get a clean, sharp photo with your desired depth of field and no motion blur (unless you want some, of course).

I think it is a nice shot, albeit a bit headless.

I found the concept good but I don’t really convinced by the implementation. The implementation mistake to my eyes are already told by other user. FlightOfTheDiscord explains it in depth with technical details. So nothing to add. Good job and keep working :)
