Maybe a little additional context, this appears to be the same Rainbow Colored Armband the German Team wore before deciding on the "One Love" Armband 3 months ago, which now also got banned.
Day 2 and we have had a BBC pundit wear the one love arm band, apparently a US journalist held for 30 minutes because his shirt had a rainbow on it, a Welsh journalist banned from entry because of a rainbow hat and now this.
We know Fifa will say it's everyone else's fault and Qatar is awesome, but it's just a case of when.
Waiting for a player to show a LGBTQ+ message/shirt/symbol after a goal and it all kicking off.
