Dad of two little girls here, too. I’m trying to get better at French braiding. Not just for the looks, but it helps to control the smaller “baby” hairs that a normal braid would not be able to hold in. I’m pretty bad at it, but I’m trying.
Nice job! My dad did my hair when I was younger but all it consisted of was toughening up my scalp with all the tangle brushing. No fancy do’s. He did really good on that tho, I can’t feel a thing now.
