This is the best kind of group photo - taken when everyone is just being themselves and before they turn off their personalities for the "official" picture. Well done capturing this thin slice of time.
During my wedding, a friend of mine took it upon herself to walk around and take candid shots of everyone, especially before and after the posed shots taken by our professional photographer. She gifted the pictures to us later and they are absolutely amazing, truly capturing the feeling of the event. Hers are the ones we display around our home. If I were to do it again, I would have paid her to do exactly what she did and not bothered with a professional photographer.
