This woman is very attractive. The photograph is not very good. It is overexposed (look at her face facing the window, her stomach), the window light is completely blown out. The composition ain't half bad, but light is all wrong.
The blown highlights on the exterior side and the high level of noise make me think that you had to overexpose because you wanted the arm tattoo to be properly exposed.
This would have been better handled by either having the model pose on the opposite side of the window (high contrast), or adding lighting on the interior side (low contrast).

People are all concerned about the window and I’m here thinking her undergarments are too tight leaving marks on her skin.
