Beautiful! I live near Butterfly Park (Orange County) and every year the Monarch butterflies migrate there for winter (overwinter shelter). If you go during this time, you will literally be swarmed by thousands of Monarch butterflies (the wings tickle). It’s a beautiful site to see so many in one spot. I know they’re starting early this year, because I already spotted a few in my yard. It’s incredibly sad that they’re now on the endangered species list, so I feel lucky to be able to witness this every year.
