Back in the late 90’s early 2000’s this was around a $5 dinner that could feed 4 or 5 people. 99 cent pack of noodles. $1.50 or less maybe on a can of spaghetti sauce and $2.50 on 1lb of ground beef and it cooked in 15-20 minutes. Growing up poor you could still fill up on this.

For us, this was called "Johnny Marzetti". I think we alternated between elbows and shells. Once we even had wagon wheels.
