Wow, really great! So much realistic, looks like form some movie or game. Just one thing I noticed that doesn't look real - skin around hairs, it looks the same with face skin but must be different. Not a big issue, art is really good!
Looks really nice. If you want to reduce the creepy doll look of the hair a bit, add a hair texture under the hair like they did with Aloy in horizon forbidden west. Or you could add some baby hair. Not sure how applicable that is, but I hope the idea helps.
Great work. Really nice. As a person with vitiligo and not a 3D artist the thing that looks least realistic is the vitiligo. Vitiligo is not random. It has some specific areas there it most often occurs in the face, around the mouth and eyes
