Sorry, ACJ infected me for a minute. Regarding your photo, I'm not sure I see the value in these types of photos. They seem like photos taken to flex the camera and appeal to an IG market rather than be a good photo in and of itself.
Technically it's fine, good colour grading and composition but otherwise it's not for me.

I'm guessing this is posed. The camera shown in the picture is not really taking a picture.
F2.8 for what you see in the shot? That is a shallow depth of field.

You took a picture of yourself taking a photo, just not that photo. But, still, I really like the concept and execution.
