Will there be charges? The committee could make criminal referrals of former president Donald Trump over his role in the attack, Rep. Liz Cheney (R-Wyo.) said in an interview.

What we know about what Trump did on Jan. 6: New details emerged when Hutchinson testified before the committee and shared what she saw and heard on Jan. 6.

The riot: On Jan. 6, 2021, a pro-Trump mob stormed the U.S. Capitol in an attempt to stop the certification of the 2020 election results. Five people died on that day or in the immediate aftermath, and 140 police officers were assaulted.

Inside the siege: During the rampage, rioters came perilously close to penetrating the inner sanctums of the building while lawmakers were still there, including former vice president Mike Pence. It's honestly amazing how pavlovian his base is. They hear Obama and Chicago, and immediately "know" something is up.

So many of his MAGA red-hat followers kept repeating it without even bothering to take 10 seconds to do a search. If they'd bothered to search, it would have brought up this in moments:

https://www.archives.gov/files/foia/obama-digitization-mou-executed-2-15-19.pdf

That's an agreement between Obama's Foundation and NARA. It says:

NARA keeps and controls the documents. Obama's Foundation will provide funds for their digitization.

The first point is literally set out in the 2nd sentence of the memorandum:

The Records are owned by NARA and currently held at a NARA-controlled facility located in Hoffman Estates, Illinois (“Hoffman Estates”).

Illiteracy (digital and otherwise) appears to be a prerequisite for being a true-believer Trump supporter.

Did… did he just tacitly admit that the nuclear documents allegations are accurate?
