We fed a stray cat once. She and her kids, their kids, then grandkids kids came to our house for next 8-10 years.. It's only during covid 20-22 that they stopped and never came again.
poor thing looks like it's had it rough. You might want to see if there are any Trap and Release services, a local vet may know. They'll catch the kitty, make sure it's healthy, and release it back to where it was.
