You have nicely avoided centering Rivka in your frame, and her leaning slightly towards her left and positioning at the bottom of the stairs gives some tension to the shot.
Rivka’s pose is potentially suggestive, but just a small amount of lower leg showing between skirt hem and boot tops is almost old world.

Great lighting. Nice focus and depth on her. The stairs in behind give a great leading texture upwards. Even her pose is on point.
