Smoked troll thumb is expensive because trolls are rare and risky to hunt and only have two thumbs. All considered 75$ is pretty cheap.

Some things are just expensive in Norway- be it taxes or whatever.
I live in Denmark, and I was in Hirtshals DK- It's a Harbour town, there's a boat there from Norway.
There was a shop there on the harbour- Only time I saw a shop with only theese three things together:
