The more you try and fuck with it the more pain and damage you will cause
Take a painkiller, Fill a small bowl of warm water and soak your finger. Refill whenever the water gets cold.
It will take time but it should work.
It will loosen and eventually push itself out enough for you to comfortably grab it with small pliers. Pull slowly and gently in a straight line to avoid breaking or bending it.
I know someone who had this same thing happen with a piece of dry spaghetti pasta. Moisture from his body made the pasta soft and he couldn't pull it out. After a day or so, it got infected and he was able to squeeze it out with the pus. It was pretty nasty.
