A little bit of context:I was visiting the area with my gf when we stumbled upon this. The boar, a wild boar, is known around the area for being extremely nice and not afraid of humans. People even gave a name to the boar.

Just to make things clear, I will stay quiet regarding the location of the pic. Yes it's somewhere in Europe. But there has been concerns for the boar's safety since he has been roaming freely over the years. I don't know who is looking at this post nor their intention. Thank you for understanding.
When I was newly arrived in France I was walking to a remote beach in Normandy. A huuuuge boar was on the side of the narrow little road, rooting around. He was not happy to see me, but I was already past him before he noticed me. A little microcar came down the road, and I waved and tried to tell him about the boar, but all I knew how to say was "Il y a du jambon sur la route"
