Marjorie Taylor Greene's latest speech blunder has gone viral on social media and resulted in ridicule for the Georgia representative.
Greene, who last week won her Republican primary, was speaking during her latest broadcast of "MTG Live," her streaming broadcast that airs on her social media pages.
In the clip, Greene claimed that the government wants to monitor every aspect of life in America.
While raising a new conspiracy theory, the clip became popular on Twitter with 1.2 million views due to her mispronunciation of petri dish as "peach tree dish."
"You have to accept the fact that the government totally wants to provide surveillance on every part of your life," Greene said.
"They want to know when you are eating, they want to know if you are eating a cheeseburger which is very bad because Bill Gates wants you to eat his fake meat that grows in a peach tree dish."
The billionaire co-founder of Microsoft has called on wealthy countries to stop eating beef because of the environmental cost of its production.
In an interview in February 2021 to promote his new book, How to Avoid a Climate Disaster, Gates told the MIT Technology Review: "I don't think the poorest 80 countries will be eating synthetic meat. I do think all rich countries should move to 100 percent synthetic beef.
"You can get used to the taste difference, and the claim is they're going to make it taste even better over time."
Without addressing her gaffe, Greene continued and warned of Americans receiving a "zap" if they eat meat.
"You will probably get a little zap inside your body and that is saying 'no, no, don't eat a real cheeseburger, eat the fake burger,' the fake meat from Bill Gates," Greene said.
"They probably also want to know when you go to the bathroom, if your bowel movements are on time or consistent, what else do these people want to know?"
Before the video cuts out, a person can also be heard laughing off-camera. Following the video, the Georgia representative has been mocked and her intelligence questioned on Twitter.

Leaning into the joke, political satirist Mr. Newberger tweeted an explanation of the term and its faux origin.
