A large fire broke out at the warehouse of a pro-Kremlin publishing house near Moscow in the early hours of Tuesday morning, videos show.

At around midnight in the Bogorodsk urban district of the Moscow region, the warehouse of the pro-Kremlin "Prosveshchenie" publishing house, where printed materials were stored, burst into flames, Belarusian news outlet Nexta reported.

Videos published by Nexta showed flames engulfing the building and huge plumes of smoke as emergency services attempted to contain the blaze.

The warehouse was used by Russian publishing house Prosveshchenie, which mainly publishes educational books for Russian schools, according to Nexta. »

Activision resists proposal to issue annual harassment report

Activision is recommending that its shareholders vote against a proposal from New York state that the company issue an annual report about abuse, harassment and discrimination in its workplace.

Such proposals often fail, but last year Microsoft shareholders voted for such a report over the objections of that company’s board.

Activision is also urging a no vote on a proposal from the AFL-CIO to add a member to its board who is voted on by employees. »

Drone carrying bag of handguns from United States to Canada intercepted by tree

One of the 11 guns Lambton OPP say was found a bag being carried via drone across the Canada-US border.

When Lambton OPP arrived to investigate, they found more than just a drone — attached to it was a plastic shopping bag and inside were 11 handguns, which investigators believe were coming from the United States.

The St. Clair Township Fire Department had to be called in to help officers remove the drone from a large tree. »
