How'd you boil it down. We use a rocket stove, spending the first weekend getting down enough so next weekend we can finish up inside. People really don't understand how much work goes into making Maple syrup. We use 5 gallon pails with a hose. Then empty those into a 55 gallon drum. Then strain it before the first boil. When we were younger, we'd stay up feeding the fire. Now, set alarm clocks to go out to feed it. It's fun, but a lot of work
